Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II

There's some info back on page 73 for wheels and stance. The truck is original with one repaint in 2000 with 110K miles. It's been well-cared for since new. Thanks for the interest. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks.

I read through the posts, and maybe I missed it, but what brand and model are the wheels?

The wheels are from Circle Racing. 9.5" in front and 11" in back with 275/315 17's. Backspace for front is 5" and 5.5" on the rear. Lot's of room, no rubs.

http://www.circleracing.com/108oe.htm

The truck was dropped when I purchased it. I'm guessing 4/6. I added a quick ratio steering box and rear sway bar. Handles pretty good for near stock.

Thank you very much for the info, looks incredible.

It's hard to believe those are only 17" wheels, I guess it's just the design and the white paint playing tricks on me.

Those also look like they can accomodate several different hubcap styles.

Is that 275/40/17 and 315/35/17?

Can we get some side views?

Thanks. I am getting ready to do the sanding down this weekend to prepare it for new paint. Same scheme, better painter (meaning not me).

I like the Caddy engine, cool to be different, should have some torque.

I could pull tree stumps all day long. Very few improvements have been made on the motor. Here is the power-plant used to cool it down lol.

Exactly, the orange needs refreshing and the black im switching from flat to gloss. I went reverse of the late 60s Camaros which they went with orange with black stripes. But I am far from a competent painter so I am having my cousin do the work. All he does is Muscle, classic and antique cars. I am hoping to have it done in the next week. I will fix the rough parts and tape off, and he will paint for just cost. I know my rims are 1980 ish but I wanted a solid look.

Nice! Now shine that air cleaner housing up so it looks as good as the rest of the engine!
