Re: The Blue Goose

I think he is glad basic is over and is looking forward to tech school. Yes we went to seaworld and the riverwalk. The riverwalk was very pretty.. wish I had took more pictures.
(John should get his computer really soon.. I think he misses getting on here and talking about trucks with all of you lol.)

Oh man John, you are living the high-life now after bootcamp.

Have you had a chance to go off base yet? I have been to Wichita Falls a few times. I had a buddy who used to live there.

There is a hotrod car show at a Sonic drive in that is fairly close to base. If I remember correctly it is June 9th. 5PM to 9PM maybe?

Re: The Blue Goose

I wish I could stumble on a super nice cab down here in TX and stumble across someone with a truck and trailer going to TN (have a family friend that will be making trips to TX/TN with a 4 runner that would might pull a trailer) Id like to build a swb SOLID TRUCK with a LS engine one day (just a beater with a ls and no holes in floor)

I'll be happy to drive it when I get back!

My trucks out of the tall grass behind the barn going back on down the road!!!!

But I wished I was driving it (I finally got dad to put a battery on it and drive it to breakfast earlier this week)

I have to change the oil when I get back home, its on the oil change after the cam break in still probably about 100-200 miles on the cam..I CANT WAIT TO GET HOME lol

On a good note- I made a 100% on overheat/fire systems, Anti icing, Master Caution systems last night! (Aircraft stuff)
