Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II

Creekncabin: Don't sweat the dents...that is one good lookin' daily driver, dents and all. I don't know 'bout you, but mine is a work truck, and I want a truck I can run in and not have to sweat all the perfection. Workin' guy truck is gonna have a few dents, yea? I got a big repair "cancer" on the side of mine, and I've decided to have a rat fink lookin' bird point it out rather than hide it. Think I'll paint him this week on the door.

Steve i may have told you before but i'll say it again. Your truck has a killer stance. Got that down n mean look to it. I hope to get the same stance with my 69.

Thanks I don't remember if I posted it after I rebuilt the front end. Has cpp modular drop spindles and 3 inch coils in the front now .10" 255 wheels setup still fits although I Did have to slightly notch the control arm other wise it rubbed in full lock

67 Small Journal 327, 3 speed on the floor with a Hurst setup, Rear end someone swapped an Eaton with 3.90's sometime in the trucks past.. I had plans to swap to a tko600 and a 9" but after I got the 69 Roadrunner I've been saving the money for that. So I just keep the truck going and fix stuff when it needs it. Recently built a new exhaust for it. 2.5 tubing that I tucked up into the frame with spintechs (Notched the crossmember out and welded in two 4" pieces of pipe for the exhaust to run through) It's definitely quick enough to get you in trouble...For wheels its 10" Corvette Rally wheels all the way around with 255's up front and 295's out back. With the wheels and suspension setup it turns as if it where on rails. It's my daily driver since my girl steals my other car all the time. But I don't mind

My brother took this photo at a custom car show back in 1986 (or 87? not sure), when he was in Melbourne. Note the huge wing at the back...:

That is a killer daily driver, upside down, in the weeds and on the street, better keep that one.

Thanks I kept the original Ochre top color as I love the patina and do not have the heart to repaint it. I did repaint the roof, white sides and lower black color after repairing the rocker, doors and roof gutter rust.

Here's my 67 swb that came as a bare bones project I picked up in December, Converted to 5 lug disc in front and swapped the rear axles to match. Installed a 454 / TH400.
