You could mount it in a spar glove box lid and use those gauges. With all the other mods you made on this truck, I think you could really blend it in nicely.

Saturday night picture time.

After the boys and I re-tarped the house for the coming rains, we got on the fenders.

Just walked in from painting them.

Its actually a little strange looking since I am so used to the current model looks of crew cabs. All the new trucks have very little space between the rear tires and the front wall of the bed, really chopped looking - especially small import trucks. My crew cab with the short box looks so much better with the larger proportions between the wheels, so good in fact that the rear of my truck almost looks bobbed or too short. Kinda strange, but I think it's just that I'm not used to this full short box look with a crew cab.

Re: ** YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN ** The truck Chevrolet should have built.

It definitely has a different scale, but once the hood is on and the trim is on I think it's going to be spectacular! Like you said...I prefer the proportions to the current crew cabs.

Re: ** YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN ** The truck Chevrolet should have built.

She's a beauty Drew!

I have to agree with everyone else, sounds good IMO. I would hold off on exhaust work until the interior is in (all sound deadner in place, panels mounting, windows rolled up) then make your exhaust mods if you feel it is needed.

Check out the link below to my hub garage for a little mid year corvette eye candy.
