Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

Great looker 95S ...... IMO ..... I think I would have found another to do a 4X4 resto on & leftthe original ....... original. But that's why so many trucks don't look like the new jelly beans off the line.

Good start .... good luck.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

I kinda feel that way too, but its not my truck and its not my money, the truck will look the same, we are only restoring the frame and running gear and drive train, the body will be left alone,

itll be kinda cool though, the only Big 10 4wd

BFG 245/40-20 FRONT
295/40-20 REAR
20x8 & 20x10 INTRO Rockman
502HP/502CI, It also has a built, & regeared turbo350 and runs very quick! it should be in street trucks march issue.
As for the drop it has a 3/5 drop with no flip kit!
In the front, spindles and alittle trimming on the spring <3>
in the rear, it has shackles, and the hangers were moved up! <5>
I dont know why he didnt want a flip!!

here is the frame we picked up from the sandblasting place today, its a 79
Man that is clean!!!
It is sweet as a 2wd, but it will be badass as a 4x4
I'm starting to get the 4wd bug

Cool deal, but I wouldn't exactly say SEXY SOB. I'd leave the sexy out of it.

I know i dont speak for everyone, and granted the truck is super sweet, but.....if there is anything "SEXY" behind a wheel it needs to be sporting some Double D's... just my 2cents

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

I have to agree on that. i'd go with a flip, but for those wheels theres not enough drop, needs to be 5/7 like on the LMC build.

it looks lower in person! The suspension was set up on rallys, and then he decided to run the meaty 20's!
Tha lmc drop is a 4/6 with a little extra!!
