WTB - One of these????

I am looking for the clutch lever like the one shown in the attached picture. Its part of the clutch pedal assembly under the dash. The black rod goes through the firewall to the rest of the mechanical clutch linkages.

I dont know what its called and its not offered in any of the parts catalogs.
