Local C-10 Meet-up

Got together with some local C-10 guys. Met some nice people and saw what everybody was working on. I only took pics of the 60-66 crowd but there were a bunch of squares there too. Nice to meet everybody.

Re: Local C-10 Meet-up

Thanks Dino. Let me know when you guys are going next time. I'm going to take a look at the truck today if I have time. I think that I have a collapsed lifter or broken valve spring. I think that it's time to install my cam and lifter set that I got a few weeks ago... I got some valve springs last weekend at the swap meet

Re: Local C-10 Meet-up

Looks like a great time guys! The only thing I saw wrong is it looks like it was hot. Of course not to you all. But looked hot to me. I love local get togethers. We have a great group of local guys here in Colorado too. But not too many 60-66. Way to go guys!!

Fryer: get on your regional section of the forum and organize one. All it takes is a few people getting together, and then a few more the next time. Do it up, and enjoy the local gang.

Re: Local C-10 Meet-up

Ok, that's not too bad then. I was in the Phoenix area in Dec of 2009. We left here after a week of -10 and colder. With 8" of snow on the ground. Drove overnight and came into the valley with upper 50s. We were wearing t-shirts and loving it. People all over town had on winter jackets and hats. Kinda made us laugh. But then again I cry at 90*. Nice pictures again guys.

Man, that thing was cool. He said it wouldn't look the same next time I see it. He's probably going to lift it just to screw with everybody.

Me and joe(yezzi) got this meet rollin It was hard to get the word out since no one checks the regional section. But hopefully you will be able to make the next one. Im thinking we will end up doing this bi-monthly, but not sure yet. It was awesome that so many people showed up, I counted 20 total for the meet which I think is pretty good for the first time. Plus there were multiple trucks displayed for every body style, even a late model dude.

Re: Local C-10 Meet-up

I like that truck!! I think the only one I could pull off a trade with and not get offed by Jr is Dino's mainly because it is orange but also because it has a big stereo with a huge 80's speaker box in it. My boy seems to like the loud music.
