Which part? The fact he has a contraption about to bounce off, or that he is on the wrong side of the double yellows.......

Sorry guys...I should have explained.
There are a TON of these type trucks running around the Palm Springs area.
They're "Pool Maintenance Trucks" and I believe the "Contraption" on the back, is some type of Vacum.

Yes he's OVER THE DOUBLE YELLOW LINE, waiting to turn left,
(and waiting for a Head-On, from someone comming into the Gated Community).

I see so much of this stuff on a Daily Basis, and based on MY observations when it happens, (7 out of 10 times), its eaither a Hispanic Driver or someone from the Geriatric crowd!
