straight pipes ????

do you think my 69 chevy will soud good with straight pipes it has a 350 3speed

It gets old really fast. I just put a short glasspack on mine to quiet it down, but it's still loud and everybody looks when I drive by.

I tryed that one time.....2 1/2 " pipes, with 3 1/2 x 16" cans on the back, she sounded like the headers were uncorked at the back bumper! After a couple times around the block (just for fun), I put the muffs back on Man was that F'er loud..... L
