2 barrel carb question - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I was just sitting here thinking I forgot to pull the carb today in my recently acquired 67 with 283 and 2 barrel. I was going to rebuild it myself but had decided to just have it done.

A little lightbulb (tiny) went off in my head...I have whats left of a 65 GMC with a V6 sitting there with a rebuilt 2 barrel carb on it. Does anyone know if this carb would work with my 283 without any weird linkage or any other problems for that matter?
