Wiring question, 69 C-10

I believe the big pink wire comming off the firewall is for the ignition, right? It's hard for me to remember as I convereted to HEI years ago. Today I was looking for a good key-on 12 V source and noticed the wire. A quick check showed a full 12 V. I just want to be sure I'm not hooking up to a wire that has a resistor. Thanks

Might be a kickdown wire for a TH400 transmission.

You are right with the pink wire for the ignition.
