Re: 79 Paint Codes

Step 1: Locate paint color RPO on either the SPID label or within the generic info packet at the GM Heritage Center:

https://www.gmheritagecenter.com/doc...olet-Truck.pdf

I would say code 81U Cordova Brown Metallic.

Step 2: Convert the GM color into a PPG or Dupont WA code, using Autocolor Library or a similar paint supplier site:

http://www.autocolorlibrary.com/default.aspx

...which seems to not be working right. So we are done for now, until the site starts working right, or unless someone can chime in with a comparable site.

Re: 79 Paint Codes

Awesome Keith, thanks! Now the task is to see what that means to paint suppliers over here in Northern Ireland. Hopefully they can cross reference it somehow. I can always scan it if Im stuck. Appreciate your help so far!!
