trans question

So I am have the shop pull my th350 and do a new front main seal, pan gasket, and get the other half of the dipstick out of the pan. My question is should I have them put new clutches in and what not when its out? Its not slipping but I was thinking it might be good to get it overhauled. I know I know now is the time for a manual but I dont have the $$$ for that
