still looking for a good used driver's side spotlight and bracket! I know I can buy new, but the chrome would be too pretty!!!!!

Doug. I have an early take off set of chrome shortes with installation instructions sheet and template from nos.set.The left one has a small 1/16 wide buy 5/16 mark in front face and are missing the top bolts and clamp but has template to make them taken from nos.The chrome is pretty nice driver quality. You are going to need to shop for 67-70's if you are wanting the chrome shorties, they fit the contour of all 67-72 GM truck bumpers. I think I may have a set of GM originals that I had re-plated at Oregon Plating a couple of years ago and never used them, I believe they are stored up in the shop loft let me do some digging and I will get you some pics. Here is a picture of all three types GM used from 67-72, all of them are nos & not FS.

I have a new set, but no box or hardware. I bought them for my 70, but have decided not to use them. They are supposed to be NOS, but I'm not sure. PM me if you're interested and I'll try to come up with a price, I can't remember what I've got in them.

The low style are 67-70 and the tall ones are 71/72.I`ve seen a pair of tall painted ones on a high GVW 3500 GMC (5 & 10 lug).That was a nice truck.I also bought two pair of tall ones from the dealer.I used one pair and stashed the other.When I sold them last year I inspected them and found they had the ribbed rubber and I always thought the GM ones were smooth.The GM ones are all thicker front to back above the bumper than other knock-offs.I`ve seen two designs of those,as well.

Classic Bowtie's pic above has the ones I'm looking for (the chrome guards to the right). I just saw a NOS set (like the guards in the middle) just go off of Evilbay.

Classic Industries sell the chrome shorties for $130, but I'd still like to find some originals (made in the US)!
