Engine harness for 6cyl to v8 swap?

I’ve got a 79 c10 that was completely original with a 6cyl/3spd that I’ve rebuilt a basic 350 to swap in.

This is has been a slow, years long project that’s been delayed by several moves (currently still stored a couple hours away). I’m itching to get back moving on it. The last progress made was to simply get the engine set in the truck. Now I’m thinking ahead to finishing up loose ends with wiring and starting the engine in the truck.

Electrical has always been my weakest point. I want to keep it simple, but also clean since I’ve spent so much time going over the engine in such detail.

What do y’all think about these engine harnesses ? https://classicparts.com/1979-80-eng...ness-305350400

Is there going to be a compatibility issue with the firewall plug since the truck is originally a 6cyl configuration?
