C6Z Wheels on my 68' (5x4.75 bolt pattern)

I hope i'm posting in this in the right area as I didn't see one specifically for wheel questions but since it is to my 68' I'll post it here.

I'm looking to put the new c6 z06 wheels on my 68. I know this is a 5x4.75 (small chevy) pattern but a couple things come to mind. I know the backspacing on the 19x12 wheel is a lot more than what these trucks were designed for so how would I get the face of the wheel where it needs to be on the front and the rear? Right now, i have 6 lug all the way around, but will be going to 5 in the next couple days and lowering the truck at the same time.

anyone else gone to the 5x4.75 pattern and ran ZR1 wheels or anything else like that?

TIA!
