Gas Pedal

I am just finishing up the interior of the truck and I am installing the new gas pedal. I don't have any parts the were taken off before. It seems like the pedal should have some sort of hinge or mount. But there is nothing in the parts that I can see in the drawings.

Does the new gas pedal just bolt to the floor board.

Thanks in adavance

Re: Gas Pedal

If you have a '60-'63 C-10, the pedal bolts to the floor, and the '64-'66 C-10's attached with two ball studs that the pedal presses down onto. If you have a '64-'66 C-20, then the pedal might bolt on like the earlier C-10's. That's how my '66 is, so it was pretty confusing when I ordered a pedal for the stud setup as was specified in the catalogs, and it didn't fit.

Re: Gas Pedal

Sorry I did not give the year, it is a 62 so it appears that it just bolts to the floor.
