Pics of 67 small window longbed
I have a 1970 longbed and a 67 small window shortbed stepside and I was thinking how cool it would be to swap my longbed's new motor & drivetrain into a 67 small window longbed at some point. I don't see too many of these but in a movie trailer I saw one the other day and it inspired the idea.
I was going to swap oiver a front end to change the 70 into a 67, but all the body panels on it are original and rust free so it's better to save that for someone who might want it as a roller project. The hood still has the name and date in chalk under the hood. Does anyone have pics of their small window LWB? Mine's a fleetside, btw.

Re: Pics of 67 small window longbed
Igot a 67 c20 lwb stepside.It came out of Texas 10 years ago. I restore it 5
years ago but never drove it yet. It is all original with not even a pin hole in the floor. It has a dealer engraved rear bumper saying( R D Clark motors Ganesville Texas). I don't have any digital pictures but there is 1 that I scaned. Once the summer comes around I will take it out and take some pics now that I have a digital camera. |

Cool...I like those, too. Almost bought a '69 once at a swap meet.

Heres a couple crappy pictures of my 67 K20 before I tore it down. I should have it finished in a month or two, then I will get some real good pics.

Re: Pics of 67 small window longbed
Thanks gray ghost, actually this truck is from your neck of the woods, Gainsville Texas. You guys are lucky down there, (no rust). This truck was original paint in real good shape. Up here these trucks were burried a long time ago.
It still took a lot of work. Everything that wasn't like new was replaced with new. It's been 6 years in the works and it is just about done. All I need now is to get the seat done. Almost time to |

[quote=kelsfine69;2678850]The color is ralley green. It is a 69 camaro color. It doesn't have much for options. No radio, no lighter, and only one sunvisor. It has 327 with 4 speed granny tranny.
