No spark

I've got a 2000 5.3 from a Tahoe in my 1969 c20. I've switched to a carb setup with a Holley blue fuel pump, Holley intake manifold, quick fuel HR 580-vs carb, and MSD 6010 box running the stock coils, summit 8mm wires, and NGK TR5IX plugs. Problem is that I'm not getting any spark. I've got voltage to the box and to the coils. Is it the plugs or maybe the box is bad? Called MSD, but the checks they had me do didn't help and now they're closed. Figured I'd ask if anyone here has had this issue. Thanks
