GOT SEATS! (88-98 ish)

well my friend came over today with his 93 sierra, pretty well customized. i installed racing buckets in place of his buddy seat set up. on a side note, how would you install 4 point harnesses into an extended cab pickup without a rollcage, and subwoofers for a back seat.

anyways he gave me his old seats for my 72 and i thought i'd share some pics with yall. i'm going to get them recovered and maybe chop off the headrests. black with red middle. the center console has cupholders which i've torn my hair out over not having any, and it's got 2 storage compartments, as well as being a jump seat. the bottom one is kinda hidden, but i'm gonna use it for tools and not beer or weed or whatever.

4 bolts hold that whole thing in. i don't think it's stock because the center console is made with wood and furniture hardware, except for the sticky carbon fiber crap he had all over for decoration.

Re: GOT SEATS! (88-98 ish)

oh did i mention they were free, or a couple hours of labor worth. this guy also knows a guy at kenwood and he's getting like 4 10's, 2 12's a dual din sized headunit, 7 inch screens, amps and all that for about 2 grand. he'll have a center console from the dash to the back wall of subs. the current setup he has now is 2 10 inch mtx's with a 600 watt amp, he said i could have that when he's ready to ditch it, they'd fit in my mom's 95 which she's trading in in 6 months and she doesn't need bass anyways... i'm just happy to know this guy!

not of them in the truck. they were cheap 3a racing seats. they had some sewing messed up but they were getting them recovered... go figure. they're $450 retail, but that's fairly cheap compared to sparco and other brands. he got em for $150 each. he was quick to notice how high the headrests were after sitting in them, makes sense if you're racing.

like this gray one
