Who sells the best fitting dash pad?

I'm starting to gather everything for my new interior while my truck is at the paint shop.

Who has the best fitting dash pad? (Classic Industries, LMC Truck, Brothers Trucks?)

I've noticed that Classic Industries has one that is priced at $229 and the other at $299. Both are made by OER. In the picture, they look identical. Is it really worth paying the $70 difference?

Re: Who sells the best fitting dash pad?

Best fitting will be those new old stock original GM ones that can be had for over $500. You gotta paint 'em yourself though. Don't get the solid rubber blob one, they're ugly and they sag. If you don't mind doing a little of your own fitment, get the vinyl over foam one from classic chevy truck parts of america. I'm happy with mine so far. And don't bother with those cover skins like Coverlay, they don't fit well. I'd only use one of those on a car I was going to sell soon.

I just checked Summit Racing and they offer two OER models like Classic Industries.

$189- Urethane
$279- Vinyl over foam

Anybody have any experience with both of these? Is one better than the other in terms of quality and fitment?

That's the one. Skip the urethane. Already ordered it and sent it back.
