Hydroboost + Hydrualic Cluth?

Hello there!

So I'm putting a hydroboost setup in my '66 Panel, however I'm running a manual transmission with a hydrualic clutch (which I haven't picture up yet either. ('73 SM465).

I did find this thread - http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...ght=hydroboost that helped a lot, but I'm not exactly sure if there is enough room to mount the clutch master cylinder?

Has anyone done this?

there are a couple guys on here that have used hydraulic clutch w/ power brakes, if I can find the pics/thread I will post 'em up.
basically they just space the brake or clutch mc out far enough with a bracket to clear the booster, or in your case the hydro boost system.
they use a modern/aftermarket hydraulic clutch master cylinder.

So it looks like I need to build a bracket to move the hydroboost setup away from the firewall to make room for the clutch master cylinder? Correct?

Or relocate the clutch master cylinder and under dash pedal linkage somewhere else....

Before you go ahead and purchase that one, I would suggest either contacting Sleepysal or check out his other threads to see if that setup actually works as intended.
