Which bag for rear?

I've noticed some people using a sleeve and others using a bag for the rear (my ride is a 72 2wd blazer). Whats the difference/ benefit/ which ones easier to install, etc. Thanks

Re: Which bag for rear?

Either way works fine and in a Blazer will ride OK. Easiest is if t/a's will be reg double convoluted on the arms, to get low that is.

Re: Which bag for rear?

If you are putting the bags in a leverage setup, like on a link bar or cantilever then a convoluted bag will do well. If you are mounting the bag directly to the axle I prefer to run a sleeve bag. The ride is much better because of the spring rate.
