You need different ones.
Blazer and suburban outer brackets will work. But the inner brackets are specific to the trucks. I had to get mine at my local GM dealer.

Yeah I felt the same way on mine. I didn't want a step, but didn't want a roll pan either. So the sport was a good fit for me.

Did you take a pic of it with the roll pan on it? I am curious what you didn't like about it.

Re: rear sport bumpe for an 82

well fellas, i just ordered my rear bumper! i spent all morning getting the rear bumper and mounts off of the truck at the junk yard, also helped myself to the radiator support. snapped a few before and after pics of the mounts, i only got to one side today, they were pretty rusted.

sorry bro, i did not take any pics. it was the liscense plate that annoyed me. it did not flow with the rollpan. and i just couldnt convince myself that i liked how it looked. oh well, it was free.

Gotcha. I never have cared for the ones with the plate inset. Like you said, they just don't flow well.

BTW: I saw you are a Chargers fan. I went to University of Northern Colorado with Vincent Jackson...He rocks!

LMC has the brackets for $119, but who knows how they will fit. Im curious to see the quality of the bumper you ordered, as i want to do the same to my 81.
