Question C10 and C20 frame & suspension differences?

I have a 1972 C10 longbed with coil springs front and rear. The springs on the truck seem quite tired. I am considering installing 3/4 ton springs all around to lift the truck up a bit. I understand that this should raise the truck about 2 inches over the stock original height. I was wondering if this would even work? I figure the hubs, spindles, springs, brakes, and rear axle are all different from a C10 to a C20. So would the coil springs interchange? If so would the truck front end still allign correctly?

I will most likely install new heavy duty C10 springs front and rear, but I just wanted to explore my options and learn about the differences.

Thanks, Erik
