This ones for the Andy aka Longhorn man
Was this really a longhorn panel van? Did one actually exist and if so how could you tell, never heard of one before.

Re: Check out this Longhorn

Chevy made a long wheel base Suburban type panel van, C30, from late 40s up to '66, don't think it was carried over to 67-70 panels. The wheelbase was 133 for the C3605 panel listed as a 10 1/2 foot. The newspaper companies used them in our area. Check out the fact that seller says this truck sits on 84 C10 chassis. Looks like a lot of work left for a $4000.00 truck.

Re: Check out this Longhorn

I looked at a 66 panel, not sure what the wheel base was but the owner told me it was 11 feet from the seats to the back doors.
Long A$% truck and it was 1 ton and factory. I have also seen many 51-54 1 ton panels that were really long. Never have seen a 67-72 though
