Front end for 48
What is the best way to go with the front end clip on a 48 chevy truck? Its a project that my 15 year old son is going to do. I'm trying to finsh my 37 ford sedan. Have never done one of these trucks before. Would like to keep it simply so he don't lose interest in the truck.

Re: Front end for 48
go with a s10 frame swap. their are tons of doner trucks out there. kits are available. ez-chassis swap would be my choice. it includes everything you would need. if you clip the truck their is a lot of measuring, leveling, and welding. you sone might get bored with doing all that really techinal stuff. this way you can have a fairly simple project that you and your son can enjoy builbing together. and if he doesn't want a v8 then pick a good v6 s10 and ez can tell you how to reuse almost every s10 part to save you some money.
