1971 transfer case?
I just bought a 1971 4x4 Chevy truck. The bed is in good shape (for once lol) and not a ton of rust but it will be a good truck to over haul but it needs a transfer case and the front shaft. Does anyone have any idea what could have been in.with the truck? Let me know, thanks

Originally it would have been a NP205 with any of the transmissions. However, you could use a 203 or 208(I don't like them), or if a manual, a rockwell. There's other but I'm guessing you would have to do some modifying.

i also have a 203 the outbut shaft is a little different but the internals are the same.
