ongoing brake fluid leak

on my 72 c10 i had a problem with fluid leaking from were the front brake hose is bolted to the caliper,i replaced both front hoses,2 new calipers on the right side and new copper washers,now the right side is leaking again and the left side that was not leaking is now leaking in same spot as the right side,the bolts are very tight,just wondering what i am doing wrong.thanks

I used to heat the copper til it rainbows and then torque the bolts to spec. Boom. Make sure there is no paint on the caliper as well.

I've had that issue a few times. Pop's told me to tighten it 1/8 turn until it stops leaking. Always work.

I am having the same issue on a 1970 Pontiac. The bolts are also VERY tight, much more than the spec. I also had a nightmare getting the hoses to stop leaking on my 72 Cutlass. Are they making the copper washers more cheaply and less effective? I am 64 years old and have been doing brakes since I was 18 and NEVER had problems before. I just put on the washers, installed the bolt, torqued it down and drove away.

When you heat them, do you install while still hot?

Double up on the copper washers.
I had a disc conversion leak like that once and more washers helped.

This is happening quite often, it's usually the copper washers, probably not annealed properly. China strikes again. I usually change to a different pair and the replacements usually seal.
