Some sport trucks in my area.

I've noticed there's a few in my area.

Here's one http://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/cto/3939977312.html

Interesting truck...especially if it has original paint as claimed.

Has the correct front bumper but no hood ornament

Not the original rear bumper

Unusual color...but anything was possible back then

If it really is a Sport I might buy it.....

Re: Some sport trucks in my area.

There were a few but the others sold. I guess the sports were the only trucks with an impact strip bumper right?

The impact strip bumper could be ordered on regular trucks but I think only in Chrome with the impact strip. The sports had painted bumpers.

It could be the real thing. It looks like you can see the base of the hood ornament in the pic. (But my 79 does not have a hood ornament). The only way to tell is to see the spid or order the invoice. Buy it Alex.

Got one over here too. Am I alone in hating the 1980 front end?

Re: Some sport trucks in my area.

Yeah it's pretty common place around here for people not to account for the odometer only being 5 digits. I bought my c20 with "93k original miles" knowing full well it was definitely 193k or more
