TH400 to a 3-4 speed?

What is the easiest or best Trany for a nice swap!
The Th400 is almost done and I would try a swap if there isn't much to it.

The truck has a carrier bearing that could go?
Can any Trany go with the 14 bolt rear end?

1 Trany, 2 new drive shaft(or maybe no?), 3 linkage

What trany would fit the same trany mounts? If any?

How are you planning on setting up the clutch?
