Alex the new guy
Hey everyone. I just purchased a 1972 chevy c20 4x4 350 4sp. I have wanted one since I was a kid and my dad had almost the same truck. After checking out a bunch of pickups around the northwest and a long trip to Canada, I finally hit the jackpot. My truck is in great shape and only two tiny rust spots. The bed is in awesome shape along with the interior. The plans are to remove the bed, install a custom flatbed along with a mild lift and a Dana 60 front with a 14 bolt rear. If anyone is interested in the bed, let me know as well as a fully Functioning ac setup and a bunch of other stuff. Ive been using the website to help with little projects like hei distributed swap and internally regulated alternator swap so I figured I should join and get to know everyone! Thanks!

sure would like to share some pics with everyone but I'm not the most technologically advanced guy. I'll continue to try though. I sure can see why these pickups are so desirable. Every fill up or stop at the store turns into a conversation with someone who either wants a truck like it or had one and regrets selling it. Anyone rebuilt a factory spotlight? Everything on mine works great but I took it apart to clean and grease it and the retaining wire clips were completely rusted to pieces. Any ideas where a guy could buy these?
