Hey Devil Dog, I'm pretty sure your post at 0743 saying both sets for 50 bucks was a typo...

Re: Big Block engine stands

Im trying to put a bbc 454 into 1972 sbc 2wd blazer. Tried to do it with aftermarket tubular mounts and thru bolt mounts, but had header clearance issues. Are these engine mount stands different from sbc stands? what mounts do you use withe these? single bolt style?

Thanks

Re: Big Block engine stands

These are the correct 67-71 BB engine stands. Yes, they are different than Small block stands, the most obvious difference it that the center hole is larger. Mounts ~ LMC PN 34-0329. The guy I bought these from had a 454 with headers in his '68 C-10 with these. I have no Idea what headers he was using (the other variable). Good luck!
