A Truly Nice "Survivor" '56

No affiliation whatsoever.

Just thought someone here ought to know and hopefully scoop it up.

I was looking at it, and it is a really nice, clean truck. But, that's quite a price for it.

I bought my truck (I know it's a WHOLE lot rougher) for $650.

Yeah, I agree its a bit pricey. Especially being in a beach town it COULD have a lot of rust.

?? What about the chrome rear bumper? What's the flag?
My truck has a painted grill, an old chrome front bumper and a new repop rear bumper. Is your issue that it means its NOT "original"? All I can say is never believe there's any such thing as original with a 56 year old vehicle!

Re: A Truly Nice "Survivor" '56

I'd be worried more about the mismatched door and guys comment that he has a second set of door and fenders that go with it. If you look close at the pic with the data plate you can see the rust between the two pieces of metal. I once owned an ocean side truck that looked better than that and had hidden rust that started popping out. Sold it when I got drafted so I did not have to deal with it.
