What are you using for Shocks?
The time has come for me to replace the shocks on my 72 BB Longbox. I'm going to do a 2 1/2 front spindle and 4 or 5 ( not sure yet) coil drop in the back. What is everyone using for shocks. I just use the truck for daily summer diving and out on the prairie the roads are pretty flat with the odd curve and hill. Doing a little research on the net I find there are lots of choices even for a 33 year old truck. So what are you folks runing for shocks on your trucks? Fell free to post pics of your ride, I like to see the stances...

I am using Monroes and happy for everyday use, I just installed them and a new sway bar and it handles 10x better.
I have a brand new set (2) of Monroe Gas Magnums for the front (P/N 34817) that I will sell for 35 + the ride. |

KYB gas-a-just are great shocks, but are kind of stiff, especially over our Saskatchewan potholed roads. The GR-2 series is supposed to be a softer ride.
