After repainting my cab interior, I finally got the interior re-assembled with all the new parts. Thought some or you might like to see the finished product. This is my daily driver. Been working on it for about 3 years, in my spare time (of which I have very little). Still have the exterior body and paint work left to do. Maybe someday, it'll be finished.

Hey Tim. The steering wheel is a Grant unit. I think it's model #969. It has stainless steel spokes with a foam rim, and comes with the bowtie center cap. I got it at Advance Auto Parts. It only cost about $90, including the $14 installation kit. It's 15" diameter, and works well. I don't have power steering, so I didn't want to go any smaller in diameter.

Great Job !! Did you paint it yourself? What kind of paint? On a side note do you know anything about a cab with a manual tranny and air conditioning in your area?,Ralley Fast thought there was one at a local yard.KD

Yes, I painted it myself (in my driveway). The color is a '68 Mopar color, called Sunfire Yellow. I think the paint code is SS1. I used acrylic enamal with a urethane hardener (so-called single step paint). I had to put on three coats, as I was trying to cover a terrible light blue color, from where it had been repainted many years ago. The truck was actually originally white. I wanted a color that was more interesting than white, but still light enough to not show all the imperfections. I think it worked out well. This was a pretty rough farm truck when I got it. Sorry KD, but I don't know anything about the cab you mentioned. Most of the yards I've been to around here don't have much of the older stuff. And what I have seen has been pretty picked-over.
