About 6 years ago, a 67 I had did the 1/4-mile in 16.8 seconds at 79 MPH. Not too great, but hopefully it'll help you out.

350ci V8, 300 HP, 5700 RPM
TH350 Transmission
3.07 gears
5280 feet altitude (Denver, CO)

Didn't make it out of 2nd gear.

I was thinking the same thing as Krue, how long would it take to walk? Seriously, never taken the truck to the track, but I'd be curious to see how a hot rodded inline 6 in the truck would compare to a bone stock 350 in the 81 Z28.

52 seconds in high school and 52 seconds as a 49 years old. Same days as a 57 year old.

I have never raced a car at the drags. Been there, watched them, worked on them, but never raced. Maybe when it cools down I will do a Wednesdat Nighter with the kids.

Of all my favorite things to do, The utmost is to have a brew.
My love grows for my foamy friend, with each thirst-quenching elbow bend.
Beer so frosty, smooth, and cold it's paradise pure liquid gold.
Yes beer means many things to me that's all for now cus I gotta pee.

Here are a few of my burnout pictures. All my times are 1/8 mile, the best I have run is a 7.64@89mph that converts to a 12.0 in the 1/4 mile. I rebuilt the engine recently and ported the heads, so it should run better then that now. The link to my drag racing video is in my signature.
