455 Buick in 63-66 C10 will it fit?

Yes I know, it’s a traitorous thought, but I have a perfect running ‘70 455 100% complete and ready to go with no home. Anyone ever done this swap? The exhaust manifold and oil filter clearance look mighty iffy. Thoughts?

I put a 455 Olds in a 68 Nova. Most BOP car chassis are basically the same as a truck except the steering box is inside the frame rails. So with that part being out of the way the swap is a bit easier there. Don't lift the engine too high as passenger car headers are not as tall as truck headers by 1 inch roughly.

Other then that the Buick is my favorite big block. Great power, and mpg. Maybe one day I will getnto build one.

Besure to run zddp or oil with zinc. Buicks 455's as of my last search can not get a roller cam. So I would hate to see you ruin the headers.
