Vent window locks!!

I have checked the FAQ board looking for assistance with this and have even asked a few members with no concrete advice. I bought a new pair, and since I bought new glass and disposed of the old locks I can't remember in which order the washers go in. I have the lock and the bolt plus an oblong washer to go through the glass then a plastic and metal washer and a pin.

Any help would be appreciated.

By the way it is for this truck.
