Well, looks like I found the right place.. I have a 67 SWB fleetside that I'm trying to order wheels for. The truck has a 4/6 drop and my back tires are MT P315 60 15 drag radials. I haven't purchased my fronts yet but figured some 15x7's with 3.5" BS and some 245 60 15's.

Was thinking a 10 or 12 rear wheel just don't know what spacing to get to keep them from rubbing the wheel opening.

Does your truck have the original '67 6-lug rearend?

From experience I wouldn't go any less than 7" of backspace with a 6" rear drop. I have 20x12's with a 4" rear drop and it would hit the outside inner fender if it was 2" lower.

Thanks Keith!

It is the original housing but we replaced the axles with Dutchman 5 lug replacements. And the front is a Early Classic 5 lug disc brake conversion as well.

Since you have the early rearend housing that is narrower than the 71-72 housing,...
I would use a 4.75"-5" BS with a 10" wheel.
And 2" more with a 12" wheel. (6.75"-7" BS)

What tire did you plan to run with the 12" wheel?

Yes same tire either way. I already have them.

Lowlife99 hit you with some good stuff. Take it to the bank.

On my '69, which has the same rear end as your truck did when new, I put a15x10 on it with a 5-inch backspace. It fits perfectly in the wheel well. The front is a 15x8, with a 4-inch backspace and it also sits perfectly. Here's a pic that might help. The first pic is from the side (as you can tell). The 2nd pic is not showing you much, but it is what you don't see that is important, namely the tires.
