About Time for New Brakes

All the major components of my truck have been replaced or repaired. New 6.0 Ls, 4l80 transmission, 3:73 Posi 30 spline axle with new drums and shoes, Vintage air, etc. etc.
So it has been getting driven more then ever in the last 20+ years. Last front brake job was 1999. It is pulsating and pulling to the right now. Any recommendations for a quality set of rotors and pads? I don't expect this set to last 20 years but the box store brakes that I put on the kids Subarus don't seem to last very long.
I have the Jb3 light duty system my '84 stepside.
