Interior Color Change? Seeking Opinions

The carpet is faded, the seat is thread bare and the vinyl is cracking. I thought if I was going to do an interior color change now would be the time. I've always loved the charcoal interior but I have come to like the contrast of the burgundy. Also, I would be deviating from factory original.

The main concern I have of changing the color is the quality of the finished product. Since NOS is out of the question, I’m afraid the look and feel of painting the plastics will not look original and might not match the new carpet and upholstery. Does anyone make good quality original looking seat upholstery in charcoal? What do y’all think?
