NEED HELP uploading more pictures "Security Token Problem" - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I had started a thread on my blazer build and am having problems uploading more pictures to my thread. When I hit post reply, after I type my thread and try to add pics I hit browse and select 4 or 5 pictures. Then I hit upload, it does its thing for a little while and then gives me this message. "Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing". I want to buy a membership to this site but I want to make sure it is going to work for me first. I have emailed the site twice but have gotten no response. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'm a paid up member, but it still happens to me every once and a while.

Its happened to me the last four times and thats been over a two week period.

Try uploading them to a site like photo bucket, from there you can copy the img code and paste it directly into your post...there are few different ways of putting up pics.

this has been sent to the higher ups but make sure your are using http://67-72chevytrucks.com and not http://www.67-72chevytrucks.com, the last one has all kinds of problems. i could also say try deleteing your cookies and try again

Last time this happened it was caused by the picture size being too big , You might try resizing to something smaller

we have a gallery here as well that is free to use. The issue with advising people to use photobucket or such is the urls change over time, then the posts end up with lovely red x's

as PD said, if you are getting a security token error, it is due to the site timing out trying to resize your pictures. Simply resize them before uploading, and attachments work fine. Or you can upload them to the site gallery and use the img tag method
