My mom always had the best advice. It was just a tad late. After a fall that involved blood, she'd say....."Careful!"

If you get the beast on I-35 and head north for about 2.5 hours in the 3rd week in September you'll make the Ottawa car show.

Man I thought my 4.56 geared 30" tire wearing 5,400rpm vertered truck was bad.. Looks like others are just as crazy as me. But I do still drive mine on the street. But then again I don't have a 5.83 gear Were you running 1/8 mile?

Re: See i really do have this yellow truck I always talk about!

No I was running 1/4 mile. It has a tranny break and i have sprayed it with 200hp but its best pass is footbreak and 150 shot went 12.52 @104. I cant seem to get it down the track when i use the tranny break . i also found a timing problem that really woke the truck up. on one of the passes i launched it, threw it in newtral while on the floor and 200 spray, lifted, put it in high gear, stood on it, hit the juice and ran 13.00 @ 111....so a gear change and a cage are high on the to do list. and learn how to shift the reverse pattern.
