The easiest way is to just save the pic on your harddrive, then make a new post or reply and use the attach feature toward the bottom of the page. Then attach the pic.

hmmmm...I guess you can make sure you are trying to attach the correct file name and the pic is an acceptable file type. There is also a size limit, is it giving you an error message?
