TCI 2244 rear springs, lift heigth

I have a 72 Blazer with what I believe is a four inch lift. Front springs and rear blocks. I recently found and bought some TCI Tuff Country 2244 52" rear springs from a 87 Suburban. My question is what kind of lift can I expect to get from these springs? I bought a complete 4" all spring lift for one of my other trucks. The rear springs that came with it were TCI 2216. I would like to drop the rear end of my Blazer just enough to level it out. Any thoughts or experience with the 2244 springs?
Thanks, Paul

Re: TCI 2244 rear springs, lift heigth

Tough Country probably better to ask. I would think most of us don't have experience with different part #'s of one manufacturers springs.

Personally, I thought you were hoping to raise the rear up a little? I like it where a level on the bedside is level personally. Kind of hard to tell if that's the case in your pic.

I have Rancho 4" springs in front of mine and some National 4" 52" rears. Fronts went on in '89 and I bent the crap out of the perches with the blocks and the Nationals went on in '90.

This is the only pic I had uploaded so you can't tell a whole lot.

Thanks for the reply. It's not a very good picture, but the rear is a little higher. I will have to give them a call and see if they an give me any information.
Thanks

Re: TCI 2244 rear springs, lift heigth

So, I called and asked about the TCI 2244 rear leaf springs. They are a 52" 4" lift spring. It turns out that the 4" lift I bought for one of my other trucks with a TCI 2216 rear spring turns out to be a 6" lift. I guess I will give the 2244 springs a try on my Blazer when I can.
Thanks, Paul
