Are these good heads (vortec) Please help

I have a chance to buy a set of vortec heads.

The casting number is 12558062 and I'm told they have 64cc chambers, 1.94/1.5, 170cc intake port.

(1) are these good heads or junk?
(2) is 200.00 a fair price. They look clean and i;m told they have about 20K miles on them. Please give me your advice.

Also suggestions on what intake to use. (was thinking about the edelbrock performer for vortec)
suggesions on rockers, pushrods and cam would also be appreciated.

Thanks

Tom

sounds like a fair price for those heads if they're complete and have only 20k on em... other components depend on what you want to do as far as performance.... let us know what you want the motor to do...???
