My new truck. The Wonderbucket.

I bought this for $250 about a week ago in Mt. Vernon, WA and drove it home! They say a picture is worth a thousand words....

This will be my DD/ shop truck while my 1979 ford gets a new engine.Plans call for a small budget with big dreams. the thing runs and drives pretty decent. so I'm just going to make her look better I'm not going to spend more than $1000 total on it. I will start a build thread when I get further along. just thought you would like to see my score.

actually it's persistent Craigslist cruising and some luck at being the first one there with cash. I even paid his asking price.

Re: My new truck. The Wonderbucket.

I paid $3000 for a project vehicle in a little better condition than that one. After 6 years, I'm $23K into it and could still put another $12K into it without blinking... You are very lucky! And kind of an A-hole... HAHA just kidding...

thanks man. I was originally going to drive it a month and part it. But it's to solid of a truck to to that to. so it looks like I will fix it up a bit then sell it when I am done.

Just about, It's got a few small dings, but nothing you wouldn't expect from a forty year old truck. I wish It was a 72 grill because it would be going in my blazer.

thanks for all the compliments guys!
