Installing a rear tank sending unit question

I will be installing a rear tank (75 Blazer or similar) In my 79 K35. I have a great link someone here sorry I forget who sent it. Question is my original set up had 2 - 20 gal side tanks had a 3 outlet sender and the vent was on the tank next to the filler. Do I need a 3 or 4 outlet sending unit with new tank. The truck being a one ton does not need emissions like a canister ,egr or cats. From what I can tell the blazer tank has the vent line on the sending unit.
The sending unit is expensive so I want to get the correct one
Thanks

Re: Installing a rear tank sending unit question

You only need 3 on a carb setup. Fuel, return, Purge

Re: Installing a rear tank sending unit question

This is my how-to for the Blazer install I did about 10 years ago.
