Rear axle choices?
I need a rear axle assembly for my burb project.Anybody using a Ford 9''?If I choose it, anyone know what to look for and what to use on it for disc brakes?Any info on this,or a chevy rear end that would be a good choice would be greatly appreciated.I picked up an 87 pickup for parts swap,but it has a 10 bolt in it.Also what are the preferred drop spindles and coils brand to buy?Thanks

unless you running a big block a 10 bolt is just fine, otherwise look for a GM 14 bolt rear from a truck. A GOOD (read sought after ) 9 inch (not all are created equal) is hard to find and a custom fitted deal.
